Ce lundi 29 novembre dĂ©bute Ă  CancĂşn, la seizième confĂ©rence internationale sur le climat. Un an après l’Ă©chec de Copenhague, les 194 chefs d’États rassemblĂ©s et les personnes qui les accompagnent ont revu leurs objectifs Ă  la baisse. MalgrĂ© la cĂ´te ensoleillĂ©e du Mexique et la volontĂ© de chaque pays de faire un effort, il semble peu probable que cela aille plus loin qu’au Danemark oĂą chaque pays Ă©tait restĂ© campĂ© sur ses positions, relayant le climat au second plan face Ă  Ă  leurs intĂ©rĂŞts personnels.
